This system includes pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, BLIS® with cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping system, rear view camera, and auto-high beams. With these features, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the ride knowing that you and your passengers are well protected.*

With a best-in-class maximum payload rating of 3,325 lbs., the 2022 Ford F-150 Platinum truck’s available 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 engine with a 10-speed gearbox delivers all the muscle you could ever want. This engine offers an astounding 400 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft. of torque due to its direct-injection (PFDI) system with two injectors per cylinder—one in the air intake port and another inside the cylinder, twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT), and Ford port-fuel to boost power. And for better efficiency, the all-new Variable Displacement Engine (VDE) technology will allow the engine to shift off half of its cylinders when full power isn’t necessary.*
