A 2-speed transfer case is part of the 4x4 with Part-Time Selectable Engagement in the 2022 Ford Bronco Base model SUV. The “Part-time” system on the Electronic Shift On The Fly (ESOF) gives the driver three modes, plus neutral, to match your driving situation. The three selectable modes boost wheel torque to tackle issues like deep sand, steep slopes, and tough pulling.
